I have so many problems that could be solved if I could only sleep!! This why I have so many bad headaches, can we short on my temper lack of energy and I never dream any more not sure if I even get the five hours of sleep that you need to keep your heart healthy.
Their are millions of people that suffer was lack of sleep maybe more just guessing but I know of alot of people in this same boat with me half of my family members suffer from lack of sleep I think my Dad was kind enough to pass this along to me.
