Discover something new: Healthy Colon Detox Plus

I got to try healthy Colon Detox Plus and I was excited for I needed a product like this one for help. In the winter I become less physically active and I tend not to eat as healthy, more junk foods and snacks than I do in the warmer month's. I always blame this part on the holidays, thinking they get me started wanting sweets more, in some parts I think this can be true
I read the instructions on the bottle and it was easy just take one capsule in the morning and one at night building up to 2 capsule, and make sure you drink a full 8oz's of water with the capsule. So I took one capsule late in the moring more after lunch , just wanted to be safe and have more food in my stomach.
I would say by 6:00 p.m. my stomach was hurting so back, my husband thought making I was getting sick but I told him about trying the Healthy Colon Detox capsule and I was fine until then. I started next with bad gas cramps, headed to the bathroom and got a little relief. By 9:30 I felt terrible, my stomach wouldn't not stop cramping, I was in so much pain, going to the bathroom and going a tiny bit, I felt like I had a serve case of diarrhea, but no diarrhea, just the serve cramping, and sick to my stomach.
I will never take another one ever, they made me sick until the next day away 9:30 p.m.. I can not in good mind recommend this to no one, but if you read the product reviews on amazon, other people liked them but not me maybe they might work for you, but they were a nightmare for me and I toss the bottle and never looked back.
