                          The vitamin B12 cream has 320 micrograms of vitamin B12, infused with antioxidants, it has 120 micrograms of vitamin B3 and 10 micrograms of folate! Doesn't this sound wonderful. I was thrilled when I read this a saw all I had to do was use one full pump of the bottle and then I could apply it to my skin wow this is amazing!
        Each day I would wash and then tone my face then I would press the pump in one hand and dispense in the other. I would then massage it into my face in small circles and wait as the cream worked it way into my skin. 

                    What is on my finger is a daily dose of vitamin B12 plus niacin each day! The bottle has enough for a 30 day supply  this is so amazing plus you will not need a measuring device or even a cup for water. You don't have to use it on your face just this is  what I choose to do and suggested use it can be place on any skin spot.
              Make sure you only do this once a day, I would do mine each day after lunch this way I could keep track of my usage. I slowly noticed that I had increase in activity for I seemed to have more energy, I had a over all sense of being well and I never got sick.

The formula was non greasy so it didn't cause my face to have acne and it worked good under make-up. I received this cream for product testing purposes and this is my honest and unbiased opinion.
