You never want to think about being in a situation that you might need to escape from but it does happen and the best thing I could do is make sure that I was prepared if I ever needed to be rescue. I am alone most of the time when Iam driving and it only takes a second and blam it happens and no one is there to help what do I do.
Now I have a answer to this question I would use my escape key chain device. It has three key tools that would help me in almost any situation I might be in. It has a seat belt cutter tool which is great if I was in a wreck and my seat beat locked up on me. I like that it has a guard cover to protect the blade for accidential cuts.
I more I thought alot it the idea of it being on a keychain is great for if I was trapped in my seat belt I wont be able to move much with this tool on my keychain all I had to do was strecth my arm forward and grab it. It also has a whistle on the top end so that I can alert others within hearing distance, so they would come or would send help to me.
The whistle would also be good to have in a big parking lot if I felt like I was in danger for noise stops would be attackers.The last tool it has is a window breaker/shatter, which I want to state will not work on windows that have been laminated or the windshield it would need to be use on your car side window.
To get it to work you press the the end of the tool against the window until it shatters. There is a hidden spike that with enough pressure from your arm will cause it to release and shatter your window. This is a nice safety feature so that you cant cut yourself when grabing your keychain.You will need about 12lbs of force to get the force to release so push hard.
The car escape tool is very very made with safety in mind , it is easy to use and so improtant to have for your just never know and prepartion is key to saving your life. I really like how lightweight and small it is for it doesnt weigh down my keys which would damage my car ignition. It doesnt take up much space in my purse either.
The package comes with two so I gave the other one to my husband so we are both prepared and protected. This would be good to give to other family members for you can never be too safe in your car. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
