What a lovely sset of mixing bowls that truely are of premium quality. I was so happy when I received this set for mine were not very good and nothing compared to the quality of this set. There are three mixing bowls the largrest bowl is 9.5" diameter x 5.5" deep the medium size bowl is 8" diameter x 4.75" deep and the small bowl is 6.5" diameter x 4" deep.
They are all very deep something that I was very happy about when I seen them. I can think of so many times that when I was mixing something like a cake batter and my mixer would want to splatter the ingredients for the bowl was bigger in diameter than in depth. All three bowls are made with premium stainless steel that has a high gloss finsih too it making them durable for they will last for a very long time.
Each bowl has a yellow silicone base that covers it entirely making them so much easier to use for they dont move. If you have ever had your bowl moving around on you then you understand the value of this feature. Plus they have a silicone handle to hold onto the bowl with except for the samll bowl.
The silicone base and the yellow silicone handle gives you good control over the mixing bowl making it easier to mix the food and it is safer too if your using a eletric mixier which some people might think this wouldnt be a good idea for it mix stratch the side of the bowls but I have a method that works it is slower for I keep the mixer up higher and use a silicone spatula to get the sides.
I hadly do this for I want to keep my bowls nice and now that I own this set I mostly like will stop this method of use. Suggested untensils would be rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils. I love that they have the measuring lines inside each bowl other than the small bowl now I wont have to get my measuring cup dirty and they are large numbers that are easy to read and the lines are easy to see
They can be stacked for easy storage for they will all fit together in the shelf. They also have spourts so you can pour into each other or another bowl this will come in handy with more difficult complex receipes. The smaller bowl doesnt have most of the features but it doesnt come with a nice yellow silcione air tight lid.
This is nice for when I have left dough I can store it in the smaller bowl and place it inside the refrigerator. They are super easy to clean I just use a mild soap and water and everything just wipes right offf. I used a dish cloth and dry them good so they keep they high polished finsih. This would be a lovely gift for newlyweds, your freinds just getting their first apartment and that friend that loves to bake.

They dont have to be used for only mixing they can be use for food preparation for storing left over the small bowl would be good for this purposes. They are a all round top notch set that I feel so lucky to own. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
