Spotlighting My Flower Garden Soon

I was very excited about getting my set of two solar panel spot lights with   four 50 lumens LED bulbs in each one giving it  total of 200 lumen's which is very bright. I really like that they are powered by the sun for this saves money on batteries or having to plug them in to a outside outlet which we only have one of. I wanted these for this summer for when I get my flower beds growing for I wanted to light them up to keep showing off their beauty. To see how they were going to work I placed one on a stake and placed it in the ground. One thing about this stake is that I wish it was a little longer for by the time I got it in the ground it would only light up a very low laying area. When You place it in the ground make sure that the ground is soft so it doesnt break. My husband took the other one and used the included screws and placed it over the garage he was hoping that he would get to leave one there to help see the door handle for our garage is detached from the house. The one I had was in the sun from sunrise to sunset and his got light from about 1:00 pm to dusk. They both light up when it was a little past dusk but mine stayed brighter longer than his did of course which his was light up for about three hours but here what I don't understand is that I had mine on the highest setting for there is a on and off ,bright, and brighter button to push. Well mine only stayed bright for about six hours which surprised me due to the amount of Lumen's it has. My husband and I talked about it and we are thinking that it is the time of year and where we live that we aren't getting enough strong sunlight to power them long especially his but I thought it wasn't in the best spot to get light. But let me tell you that those six hours mine was so bright that it hurt my eyes to look outside at it. We did follow the instructions to peel the plastic off the solar panel. I have a feeling that when summer gets here and my flowers are ready I will get the sunlight I need to get the full length of time   they should produce light. I do wish that you could turn  them just a little bit for a different angle this option would have been nice to have. They are well made and very easy and simple to set up. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
