I really like my retro LED light is is neat! I love how it has two options for I can select light on, off or turn to motion sensor this is something I didn't have in my other motion sensor for the light only came on when it feels motion. This is sweet for I really like all the different choices I have. I have a husband that thinks he has to turn the lights on every time he walks into the room which would be fine but then he never turns them off and this drives me crazy.
This is where this really comes in handy for I can set it on motion sensor and within seconds of him approaching it, the light will come on! Yeah for now he doesn't have to turn the light switch on anymore. It needs three AAA batteries to power it up that were very easy to install, now I have only been using mine less than a week so of course my batteries are still working good for me.
LED uses less power so I would think that the batteries would last a good amount of time especially if you don't leave it on for a light. I really like the retro look the copper color base is very appealing and I love how it cast off a warm, light color. With the top being white it blends everywhere . The base is 9.25" in diameter , the light is 6" tall making it so easy to find a place for it to sit.
I looks very well made and is very simple to set up and get started. I didn't have the instruction booklet but I didn't need it. With good care it should last a long time and I think it would be a good idea to go and buy some rechargeable batteries to save money in the long run. For I will have mine set to light on in the room alot.
It would be the prefect light for a college student to have in their dorm room due to the size and would be nice to have when they come on for safety purposes too. I really like mine alot it so cool looking. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
