I really like my new area rug it is very lovely to display on my new hardwood floors. I wanted this rug for being that it is 2' by 4' in size I thought that it would be perfect for my hallway. Hardwood floors are cold in the weather and it always feels so good when you step onto the rug to warm your feet from the cool flooring.
This rug is very well made for I own alot of rugs just none this size but the quality that was used in making this one is very good the colors the stitching the material which is pile with 0.45" in depth giving it a comfort feeling when stepping onto. It comes rolled up in plastic which gave me a headache trying to get the ends to go flat but after a couple of days it finally got better.
I really like the pattern of the design with the many different shades of browns and tans with a touch of black that are work very well together. Since it is on hardwood it tends to be slippery so you will want to invest in High Quality Non-Slip Area Rug Pads by Cosy House- Fully Washable- Best Pad for Firm Hold on Oriental, Traditional or Contemporary Rugs & Mats on Hard Surface Floors Like Wood, Tile or Cement (5 x 8) for it can be cut to to the size of the rug and it works great at keeps the rug in place so no one will slip and fall for it is what I have underneath my rugs for safety purposes.
It has a lovey contemporary style that blends nicely with my home. It has a power-loomed construction making it able to withstand alot of traffic so it will be ideal for my hall where the most traffic goes though. I love how soft the rug feels when my feet are bare it feet so good on them it so soft that my cat wants to lay on it in.
The rug is very easy to vacuum or just to take a damp cloth across for I was so afraid that it would show so much dirt and dust due to some of the lighter shades but it really is resistance to soil and stains. It is a great accent piece that I can move away into any room in my home to add a touch of beauty. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
