So Simple And Its Works!!

I remember thinking how could I make popcorn in the microwave without any oil it boggled my mind so much that I felt was challenged to find out how. I just to have one of the old air popcorn machines but it was popped by air continuously moving it. When I received my popcorn popper I read the instructions which are very simple.
I washed it out with soap and water and then add 4 tablespoons of popcorn kernels inside and closed the lid but left a small gap so that it wasn't seal air tight as instructed for ventilation was needed. I went to the garage and placed it in the microwave. I have a small kitchen so I have to keep my microwave out there.
It was suggested to turn the microwave on 2 to 3 minutes but I had to almost double that for you have to keep in mind that most microwaves have different watts. I was a amazed while I stood there and listen to it pop. It was working I never thought it would! When it was done popping I took the popcorn popper out and stopped the microwave by careful for it will be hot.
Now the biggest down fall to this method for me is that I have to have butter on my popcorn so I had to melt some in a small bowl that I wasn't thrilled about. If you like you popcorn without butter or don't mind the extra mess of the melting butter then this is perfect for you. There would be times I might eat it plain with just some salt but not too often.
The popcorn pop is made very well for it feels strong and study. It is made with food safe silicone that is a pretty red. Now it would save you lots of money verses buying microwave popcorn in a box that average cost to $3 a box some places higher than that unless it is on sale. But a bag of kernels is normally less than a dollar.
It did taste good but need butter for me at least. It was easy to clean I just rinse it out with soap and water but it can be placed in the dishwasher. This is really perfect for people that like plain popcorn. I know one thing is it alot less of a mess verses using a pan lid and oil. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
