I got wanted this mini humidifier for my daughter who is in school that has dry skin and I thought that this would be good for her to use for it is small and powered by a USB cord. I thought that she would be able to plug it into her laptop and then she would have the much needed moisturize in her room plus her roommate would benefit from it too.
I like how it comes with easy to read and follow instructions for I wanted to make sure that it worked before I gave it too her. I think even without the instruction I would have know what to do but I did own one similar to this product in the past. It is a simple setup for all I had to do was to get a glass and fill it with water but not so that it would go over the unit about midway will work.
You then plus the USB cord into the unit and place it in the water then you will plug the other end of the cord to a laptop desktop or USB wall plug in. The first time you use it, it could take up to three minutes for the cotton to absorb enough water to start for the light will stop flashing and turn a solid blue and then a cooling mist will fill the air.
I really like that it comes with a extra cotton stick so that you will get more use from this unit. It will automatically turn off after three hours of use. You can buy replace sticks if you wanted too. I was pleased with how quiet it really is making it perfect to fall asleep by. it is well made and easy to use I really like it alot and so do my daughter.
