Oh my goodness these earring are stunning in beauty! The pearl is lovely is a button shaped pearl that is 9mm in size that has a cream color but to me it is more white depending on the angle you are looking at it.. This is another reason I feel these pearls are so pretty for they cast off different shades. The pearl itself is a freshwater cultured pearl that weight 2 grams.
The surface of this pearl is clean for a pearl like a diamond are rarely flawless for the nacre does not always develop smoothly alot depends on how the pearl is strung. I rubbed my fingers over the surface it is very smooth. The pearl has a deep, iridescent shine, or luster. Luster results from light reflecting off layers and layers of tiny calcium carbonate crystals on the pearl's surface, called nacre. Pearls with thicker and more even nacre have higher luster making me feel that the color changes from different viewing angles making these pearls dazzle when the light is cast upon them.
Each pearl is set on .925 sterling silver the highest grade of silver you would want to use with jewelry so it has a good hardness to it. It also has a Rhodium finish giving it the white silver appearance it has. it also keeps your jewelry from tarnishing.
Rhodium is applied as a thin coat done through a process of electroplating. It will also protect my earrings from any form of corrosion and from getting scratches I like really love this finish or it makes the silver more shiny making them look expensive with a flawless appearance.I have always liked the white silver color over gold it looks better and more dressy to me.
I love how the background the way the silver is displayed around each pearl is looks like a weath of small pointed leaves that rotate in a circular motion around the pearl enhancing and highlighting it. But these leafs that I like to call have well placed Cubic Zirconias nine on each earring. They are a round stone shaped that are of a very good cut.The cut determines how the light will shine thru the stone then determines the reflective properties or the brillance
I feel that that do have a brilliant shine that sparkle and glitter each time I turn my head making them so pretty and making me feel the same way. The are a post earring with a prong back that closes very securely keeping them in place. They are lovely my friends love them they compliment to me how nice they look each time I wear them.They are very lightweight making them comfortable to wear all day long. Plus they didnt irriated my ears or my skin.
They would be prefer for that special night out with my husband or just to wear around the house to feel beautiful. My girls love them and cant wait for the day I let them borrow them. I thought maybe on a special date or a school dance would be the ideal time. They are so pretty that they would make anyone feel more special.
They come in a nice gift box that making it easier for gifting purposes. There is a polishing cloth to keep that high finish shine going strong. There is also a velvet drawstring bag which is nice to store them inside for they wont get scratched from the material.I love them!!
