I really liked this shirt when I opened the package for it looked nice but had my doubts if my husband would like it for hes got different taste than I do and I was afraid that it being a button down dress shirt that he wouldn't like it.
Its really a nice looking shirt it is white with black specs that looked like they are slashed on the shirt. I order the XL size for he has a 43" chest and and 35" waist for I was ordering accordingly to the measuring chart.
I showed it to him and asked him to try it on for me and I said I know you most likey won't like this shirt but will you just try it on for me. I was floored when he told me that he did like it and gladly tried it on for me.
He unbutton the shirt and slipped in on and it fit him very good so you can go by the measuring chart. It looks really good on him it he looked attractive while wearing it. It would it good to wear when we go out to dinner or to relax in during a deck party. It looks great with a pair of jeans or would look nice with slacks.
I have been trying to hard to get him to wear clothes other than T-shirts and tank tops. This shirt has small black buttons that that are very well sewn and easy to slip in and out of the button holes. The is a front pocket on the chest which he really likes.
The shirt is made with 100% cotton, which I was able place in the washer and dryer. I was impressed with how the material doesn't tend to wrinkle very much and it didn't shrink. He worn it when we went out shopping and visiting one day and told me that it was very comfortable and he liked how the material didn't make him feel hot.
I looked over the stitching and it is very well done. The inseams are straight and even along with the hemline. I couldn't find any loose threads that would cause the material to fray apart. The shirt is very soft and he told me that it felt soft against his skin
It is short sleeve which will be good for the spring, summer and fall to keep him looking nice and feel comfortable for the material is lightweight. Iam so happy that he likes it for its nice to see him wearing a shirt that makes him look nice and more handsome to me. It is a very good value for well made.
