My neck hurts me alot it could be because I don't sleep good and I need a good pillow to help me out for neck support or maybe it's because I bend my head over too much when Iam working causing my neck to become very sore.
I cant always get a massage from my husband for that helps so when I had the chance to try the hot pocket heat and cold pack I was very excited. When I got mine I took it out of the package and wow is it heavy.
It is a pretty purple color that has pretty wild flowers printed on the material that is middle in softness. It has three pockets that each are filled with a bag that has rice inside of it. For rice is know for it ability to heat or get cold easily.
Too me it makes the product more durable since since it can
heated or chilled for sore achy muscles. people that suffer with aliments like Arthritis, or maybe to chill down someone who has a high fever fast.
It is so simple to use for I was able to place it in the freezer to get it cold and I could put it in the microwave for a minute or so. Iam talking about the pads themselves that can be easily removed from the material themselves then slipped back inside.
I like that I can take the rice packs out of the pockets and toss the flower cloth pad in the washing machine and then the dryer so that it stays nice and clean. I love that the flower pad is 100% all natural and is Eco-friendly.
The flower pad works so good at making my neck feel better in about ten minutes the heat relaxes my neck muscles which causes my neck to stop hurting. It is so easy to use and it fast! My husband uses it on his sore knee. I do have to say that I wished it was longer for it didn't go completely around my neck which I feel would have felt better. The flower heat/cold pad is 20" in length and 5.75 in wide.

The quality is good for it is well made for I looked over the stitching and it is well sewn and I couldn't find any loose threads that cause the material to fray apart.
