Oh my dear sweet sleep what I would do if only I could sleep. I make a wish upon a star to the angel of sleep what could I do so I can get some sleep! Since I was a young girl I have not been able to sleep Mom used to say I was too hyper to sleep but as I age my being hyper has slowed way down and it still cant sleep.
I love to day dream it is its own way is a form of sleep. I used to work in a factory that required heavy lifting all day and the first week all I did was sleep that worn down again to the point of no sleep. When I have my second child she never slept and maybe 2 to 3 hours a day and I feared that she would ended up like me but that was the case the daughter I had before her now to this day cant sleep.
Not sure if you can pass down having sleeping issues to another generation but it sure seems that way. My younger granddaughter cant sleep either this is what lead me to think, that it runs in the family.
On my quest to find things to help make me sleep, for I never wanted to take sleeping pills. But have to admit I did try this route and hated it, I got to sleep alright but I would feel so tirer all day long and felt like I was drugged had problems even trying to think a clear thought wow that road was short lived.
One day I was asked to try a Pure Silk sleep mask and I was thrilled a sleeping aid that might work with no side effects.
The name fits so well with this mask for it does feel like silk. It is so soft against my eyes and face that would be because it is made with 100% silk LOL. It is designed to fit any ones head for its a adjustable strap.
This mask has helped me be able to get some sleep yah happy me. It totally blocks out the suns rays which are bright and makes it even harder to sleep. I spent so many hours trying to get to sleep and alot of the time the sun would be coming out before I feel asleep. You can feel the rays against your eyes making this even harder.
Now Iam prepared the mask makes my brain think it is dark outside still and this causes me to be able to sleep and stay asleep even if it for a short time at least I got to sleep. The mask covers my eyes completely so no light gets though so this is my new weapon in my war to get too sleep and Iam so happy that I have this weapon to keep me there.
