I really needed more Wifi strength for there are so many devices running off our my Wifi at one time. I go to use my laptop and it just lags for my husband is playing games in the desktop, my girls are watching prime Tv shows that require Wifi and someone is always on their phone so Iam normally the one that suffers.
I really like how easy it was to set up the Wifi Range Extender, it really was simple for all I had to do was plug it in a usb outlets on my laptop and a light flashed and I opened the website typed in some numbers to set up the extender.
I then selected my wireless network and entered my password and finally connected to enlarged network it was that simple and easy and I was set up. I didnt instantly get high speed internet but my pages stopped spining and they loaded. The extender has a Frequency of 2.4GHz which is more speed than I had before.
I still have wireless security which I was concerned about before I connected but not now. I made sure that I use the antenna in a vertical direction as instructed. I like that I was able to bend it upwards so it wasnt in my way plus make it easier to pick up the frequency .
I like the colors and the design , the atenna sticks up about 4" high and and 7" length in total. I love that I get the power I need along wiith everyone else in my home. It works very good I was pleasantly surprised by its power. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
