This bath mat would be idea for any young child that takes a bath in the tub for it can get so slippery and now of us want our children to fall or to slip. I don't have any young children I wanted this for myself.
Now that Iam getting older I worry more about falling and I noticed that the last few times I was getting in and out of the tub I almost did fall and if you think about it the same goes for your child unless you are lifting them out of the tub they could fall.
The statics are high on how many people a year slip and fall in the bath tub when it could have been prevented by using a bath mat and the same goes for showering, Some of these people are seriously hurt or worse.
Iam not trying to scare you into using a bath mat I just think alot of safety practices. Not only that this bath math is adorable making it more fun for your kid while bathing. My husband get the biggest kick out of my placing it in our bath tub.
The mat is very well made of thick PVC material that is clear. It is very decorative to entertain your child to make them smile for it has bright vivid colorful pictures of a moose, rabbit, chipmunk eating a nut while birds are flying in the air and a bear in on a log floating in the water while looking a at fish.
It has adorable scenery with the sun and clouds with nice ever green trees in the background. I was very impressed with how nicely it stayed in place while I was bathing. That could be because it has 144 suctions cups that make sure the bath isn't going anywhere.
I love how the company was thinking when they made this mat for it it designed to allow water to flow though so that water doesn't sit underneath the mat and allow mold to grow on it. Keeping harmful mildew and bacteria at bay.
I own a average size bath tub and it rights in the center of it perfectly for the mat is 27.2 x 15.4 x 0.1 inches. It is perfect for young children and even adults like me for it works great for I have not slipped once since I have been using it. I have noticed too as I sit and bathe myself that the mat is comfortable for I barely notice the tiny bubbles so you child should feel the same way and be able to enjoy their bath time most likey more for when they look though the water and see the cool animals looking back at them with their cute faces will make them smile or giggle.
You child would have fun for it is definitely designed for them to engaged with for enjoyment and it is very eye appealing.
